Stella Henry is the Finance Manager and supports Monitoring, Evaluation, Learning and Accountability (MELA) at the Eastern and Southern Africa Small-Scale Farmers’ Forum (ESAFF). She plays a key role in strengthening financial management, accountability and organisational systems across ESAFF’s regional programmes. Her responsibilities include financial planning, budgeting, financial reporting, grants management and supporting compliance with organisational and donor requirements. She also contributes to programme monitoring, learning and accountability processes, helping ensure that programme implementation and financial resources are aligned with expected results and ESAFF’s strategic priorities across its network in Eastern and Southern Africa.
