Ms. Diane Sibanda is a passionate smallholder farmer leader and advocate for agroecology and women’s empowerment in agriculture. Hailing from Botswana, Diane brings years of experience in grassroots organizing, food justice advocacy and regional policy engagement. As a committed member of ESAFF, she works to ensure that the voices of women farmers are heard in decision-making spaces and that sustainable, farmer-led solutions remain at the heart of Africa’s agricultural transformation.
