Martha Mwanamaziku is the Finance and Administration Officer at the Eastern and Southern Africa Small-Scale Farmers’ Forum (ESAFF), supporting the effective financial and administrative management of the Regional Office and its programmes. Her work includes financial documentation, programme expenditure management, administrative coordination and supporting compliance with ESAFF and donor financial requirements. She works closely with programme and finance teams to facilitate the smooth implementation of regional activities and engagements. Martha also contributes to strengthening internal accountability and operational systems that enable ESAFF to effectively support its national members and smallholder farmer-focused programmes across Eastern and Southern Africa.
